Still no baby

For those of you who can not wait for me to have the baby, well, neither can I. I am still pregnant. We went to the doctor today and did a NST (Non-Stess-Test). The baby is healthy and well. I am going in Monday night to be induced. They are going to give me something to help soften my cervix. If that doesn't work then they will give me pitocen. If that doesn't work then we go C-Section. I almost know they are going to have to go C-Section so I just wish they would jump straight to that. Why go through all of the pain if you don't have to. Do not think I want to be cut open, but if they are going to have to do it anyway, I just wish they would do it at the beginning.

Hey Ambee! I sure am praying for you. I hope all goes well for you and that you get that little bundle of joy here soon. Why do you think you are going to need a c-section?

Hang in there Amber. And I don't think you want a C-section. Your recovery would be a lot longer. Be optimistic that things will go well. I'm sure they will. TJ and I are excited and happy for you and Zann to join the world of parenthood. Our boys can help teach your son some tricks. :)

C-sections have come a long way. If that's the route you end up taking, don't worry about it. I'm still praying for you and I'm checking your blog for baby news!

I have been wondering how you were doing. I guess you are officially a member of the over due club...I feel your pain! I hope that he decides to come on his own for you. Being induced really isn't that bad though. I was induced with Keenan and honestly, it was pretty nice, the only hard part was sleeping the night before! :) Hang in there, we can't wait to see your new baby boy! :)

I'm so sorry that you're still pregnant. Nobody tells you that pregnancy lasts a BILLION YEARS!!! :) But I promise you it's worth it. When he comes, the pain will vanish, and you'll forgive him for being so stubborn and comfy in there! :) Good luck. Can't wait to meet the lil' guy!

I totally know what you mean! But sometimes a c section can be a good thing. If the baby is too big, or if there are other complications you could have a bad tear like me, and then your chances of having more children go down. so don't be afraid to insist on a c section if your labor starts going long. i wish I would have done that now. well good luck you are in our prayers and I really hope it will go well for you!

I just thought of something that I wish I would have known/cherished before having Shelby (7 days overdue by the way)...Just enjoy these last few days as a couple. Enjoy the quiet and the sleep because once your little man gets here you will be wanting to have a little more time! I cried everyday I was overdue, then when she came I cried because I was SO tired! :) Have a Happy Halloween!!!

I am SO sorry! I totally feel your pain - every day seems like an eternity, but once he's here, you'll forget how horrible the wait was. Good luck, and keep us posted!
